Donation Terms & Conditions

• Donors must be 18 years or older. Under 18 requires verifiable consent from a parent/guardian.
• Individuals, organisations, and other lawful entities may donate.

• One‑time or recurring (monthly) donations are accepted.
• Tax‑benefit receipts require valid KYC: PAN and either Aadhaar or complete address details. Without these, tax certificates cannot be issued.
• Only monetary donations are eligible for tax receipts. In‑kind drives (goods/services) are organised separately and communicated in advance.
• Minimum amounts: ₹750 monthly; ₹1,000 one‑time.

You may indicate a preferred area during donation. We will honour preferences where feasible while ensuring programme continuity.

• Funds support Wärme Foundation’s programmes and impact objectives.
• The Foundation may reallocate donations at its discretion to maximise impact and sustainability.

• Donations can be made via our official website, bank transfer, or other approved channels.
• Upon successful payment and KYC submission, donors receive an acknowledgement/receipt via email.

• Monthly donations authorise periodic charges to the chosen payment method until cancelled.
• Modify or cancel at any time from your donor account or by emailing us at least 3 business days before the next charge.

• Tax receipts are issued only when donations are eligible under applicable law and KYC is complete.
• If you do not receive a receipt within a reasonable time, contact us with your payment reference.

• Donations are generally non‑refundable.
• In case of a verified transaction error or duplicate charge, notify us within 7 days for review.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

• We process donor data to issue receipts, meet compliance requirements, and share impact updates.
• Payments are handled by secure, PCI‑DSS compliant providers. We do not store full card or UPI credentials.

• All donations are subject to applicable laws and regulations of India.
• Wärme Foundation may decline or return a donation if required by law or policy.

• We aim to honour donor preferences; final allocation remains with the Foundation to protect programme integrity.
• Programme details and areas of support may evolve based on on‑ground needs.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued donations after an update constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will be posted on this page.
