• Wärme Foundation is a registered non‑profit organisation. Donations may be tax‑deductible as per the laws of your country.
• Donors will receive the necessary documentation to claim tax deductions.
• It is the donor’s responsibility to consult a tax advisor to understand the tax implications of their contribution.
• It is mandatory for donors to submit their Aadhar and Pan details. Please opt in filling the details at the time of successful payment.

• Donors may be acknowledged on our website, annual reports, or other publications.
• If you wish to remain anonymous, please notify us during the donation process.
• Wärme Foundation reserves the right to publicly recognise donations unless anonymity is requested.

• Wärme Foundation is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to donation methods or donor programmes.
• Donors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wärme Foundation and its representatives from any claims arising from their donation.
